Male/Female, maximum age: 30 years.
Attach the latest degree certificate and transcript.
Attach a health certificate from a doctor.
Attach a certificate confirming that you are not colorblind from a doctor.
Attach a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
Attach a copy of BPJS Kesehatan.
Attach a copy of your KTP and KK.
Attach a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses).
Attach four photos, 3×4 cm and 4×6 cm (four of each size).
Attach proof of registration payment.
