Terms and Conditions – All Training Programs
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all training programs, services, and related activities provided by Aceh Oil Institute (“the Institute”).
These Terms apply to all applicants, trainees, and participants (“Participants”) engaging with any program offered by the Institute.
By registering for, accessing, or participating in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Program Overview
The Institute provides integrated oil and gas training programs designed to align with current industry standards and employer requirements.
While the Institute supports career development, it does not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes.
3. Eligibility Requirements
3.1 Age Considerations
- The Institute may establish age guidelines for specific programs.
- Applicants aged 30 and above are advised to consider the implications of entering the industry at an entry-level position.
- Age is one of several factors evaluated during the selection process.
3.2 Educational Background
- Applicants must meet the minimum educational requirements specified for each program.
- Applicants without at least an associate degree (or equivalent qualification) may not be eligible for certain programs.
3.3 Admission Discretion
The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Registration and Payment
4.1 Registration Requirements
Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.
4.2 Payment Terms
All applicable fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Debit card
- Cash (where applicable)
4.3 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Institute.
4.4 Registration Deadlines
Registration is subject to program availability.
Online registration may close prior to the program start date, while in-person or phone registration may remain open until the program begins, subject to availability.
5. Program Policies
5.1 Program Changes
The Institute reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, combine, or relocate programs at its discretion.
Participants will be notified as early as reasonably possible.
5.2 Curriculum Adjustments
The Institute reserves the right to modify lesson plans, schedules, instructors, or participant groupings as necessary.
6. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Act professionally and respectfully at all times
- Follow all safety and operational instructions
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually
- Provide accurate and truthful information
The Institute reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behavior negatively impacts others or violates these Terms.
7. Property, Safety, and Liability
7.1 Personal Property
The Institute is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at training facilities, accommodations, or partner locations.
Unclaimed property may be handled or disposed of after reasonable notice has been provided.
7.2 Damage to Facilities
Participants are liable for any damage caused to facilities, equipment, or property due to negligence or misconduct.
7.3 Safety and Inspections
The Institute reserves the right to conduct reasonable inspections of personal belongings where necessary for safety, security, or compliance, in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Weather and Force Majeure
Programs may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to events beyond the Institute’s control, including but not limited to severe weather or other hazardous conditions.
The Institute shall not be liable for disruptions or losses arising from such events.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with the Institute’s Privacy Policy.
By participating, you consent to such data practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs.
11. Amendments
The Institute reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the official website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
