2. Online Registration

Online registration is available for all programs. Visit www.aoimigas.com to view the course information online.

3. Payment Options

• Cash (in-person only)
• Bank Transfer (online and in-person only – BSI)
• Debit card (in-person only)

Registration payment is required in full at the time of registration.

4. Program Policies

• The Oil and Gas Training Program may be cancelled, combined, or relocated on short notice. Participants will be notified with as much advance notice as possible.
• Aceh Oil Institute reserves the right to alter lesson plans and participant groups as required.
• Aceh Oil Institute reserves the right to remove participants from programs without refund in cases where their behavior negatively impacts the experience of other participants.
• Aceh Oil Institute will not be liable for any items left at training, student dormitory, or industry facilities and may dispose of such property if not claimed and collected within 7 days.
• Aceh Oil Institute reserves the right to search the bags and other personal property of all participants in appropriate circumstances.
• Participants will be liable for any damage caused by actions not related to training program activities.
• Participants will be held liable for any damage to facilities or training equipment resulting from negligence or intentional misconduct.

5. Registration Deadline

Requests for registration after the start date and time of the specified training program will be confirmed as soon as possible by OGTP staff if registration in the program is possible.

Training registrations will be accepted until the start date of the specified training, contingent upon the availability of training spaces.

Please note that online registration will close one day prior to the training. However, phone and in-person registration will remain open until the start of the training session.
