1. Program Cancellation

The training and internship programs may be canceled due to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to storms, heavy snowfall, or other hazardous situations that may compromise the safety of participants.

Participants will be notified of cancellations via email and/or phone as soon as possible.

2. Rescheduling

If a training session or internship program is canceled due to weather, efforts will be made to reschedule the session. Participants will be informed of the new dates via email and/or phone.

3. Attendance Policy

• Participants are encouraged to prioritize their safety.
• If participants feel it is unsafe to travel to the training or internship location due to weather conditions, they should inform the program OGTP staff or coordinators as soon as possible.
• Attendance requirements may be adjusted for participants who miss sessions due to weather-related issues.

4. Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with traveling during inclement weather and agree that the Aceh Oil Institute is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of weather conditions while traveling to or from the program.

5. Communication

The Aceh Oil Institute will provide updates regarding weather-related changes to the program through email, text messages, or phone calls. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is up to date.

6. Compliance

All participants must comply with the guidelines outlined in this Weather Policy. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

7. Amendments

The Aceh Oil Institute reserves the right to amend this Weather Policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
